My Story

Welcome to AlwaysTheOverThinker—a space close to my heart and inspired by my own life experiences. I'm a single mom of three, a proud grandmother to three, and, like many of you, I’ve faced my share of ups and downs. In April 2024, I experienced the heartbreaking loss of my 3-year-old grandson, a moment that has deeply shaped my outlook on life and my commitment to mental health and well-being.

 

Overthinking has been a constant in my life, often stemming from my belief that you always need a backup plan. This habit, while sometimes helpful, can also create stress and anxiety. That's why I created this site—to explore how we can find balance and quiet our racing minds.

 

Beyond overthinking, I love to travel and believe that music is one of the best ways to soothe the mind and lift the spirit. I'm a giving person who is genuinely interested in others, their lives, and how they think. Through this platform, I hope to share my thoughts, experiences, and insights, while connecting with people who are on similar journeys.
